I believe in a gentle, personalised approach that puts your comfort and confidence first. My focus is on prevention, education and building long-term relationships, so you can enjoy a healthier smile for years to come.

I’m a qualified Dental Hygienist and Dental Therapist (GDC 4819), with over 30 years of experience caring for adults and children. I currently practise at Abbey Road Dental in North West London and Centennial Park Dental in Elstree.

I am committed to ongoing education, regularly attending courses and conferences in the UK and internationally. This allows me to bring the latest techniques, research and innovations into everyday practice, ensuring the best care for my patients.

As an international speaker and Master NLP Coach, I also help dental professionals improve communication, reduce patient anxiety and create more positive experiences.

Both the dentist and especially the receptionist s Caitlin and Lucy were so kind. I needed to return twice the next day and I was seen promptly and given appropriate treatment and advice.
